Creating a meaningful tribute for your loved one is an important and personal process. Our easy-to-use online form helps you design a plaque inscription that reflects your memories and respects cemetery guidelines.

How it works

  1. Fill out our memorial inscription form with your details and memorial preferences, including name, dates, spouse name, and children (if any). Click here

  2. Write your inscription — we provide guidance to help you choose wording, font style, and symbols. 

  3. Upload a photo (optional) to personalise the plaque with a cherished image.

  4. Submit your request — we’ll review your details, check cemetery rules, and send you a proof for approval before production.

Material and timeframes

  • Bronze Plaques: 6-8 weeks

  • Granite Plaques: 3-4 weeks

  • Porcelain Plaques: 6-8 weeks

  • Small Upright Memorials: 3-4 weeks

Inscriptions information

  • Character Limits:
    To ensure clarity and longevity, inscriptions typically accommodate between 80-120 characters, including spaces and punctuation. If your message is longer, we’ll help you refine it.

  • Font Choices:
    We offer a selection of elegant, easy-to-read fonts. Classic serif fonts like Times New Roman and clean sans-serif options such as Arial are most common. Special fonts or script styles can be discussed on request.

  • Symbols & Graphics:
    Common symbols include crosses, hearts, flowers, or religious icons. Please note: some cemeteries have restrictions on symbols or artwork — we’ll advise you accordingly.

  • Photo Uploads:
    Please upload a high-resolution photo (at least 300 dpi). JPEG or PNG formats work best. Avoid heavily filtered or low-quality images for the best reproduction results.

Prices vary depending on size, design complexity, and cemetery regulations. We provide transparent costs you can trust, your personalised quote will be confirmed with you before any work begins.

Payment methods & terms

  • We accept payment by bank transfer, debit or credit card.

  • 50% deposit is required before production starts to secure materials and schedule your order.

  • The remaining balance is due before installation.

  • We understand that every family’s situation is unique. Please contact us if you would like to discuss flexible payment options.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be refundable depending on the stage of production — we will provide full details at that time to ensure clarity.
